Re-homing Terms and conditions please read 

1. Once a dog is signed over to Leicestershire Dogs Leicestershire Dogs become it's legal owner.

2. Leicestershire Dogs do not help to re-home sick animals needing veterinary attention.

3. leicestershire Dogs do not help to re-home dogs with aggressive issues if your dog get aggressive it needs to be picked up immediately if its in my care.

4. Leicestershire dogs operate a donation based re-homing service subject to terms and conditions.

5. All dogs with issues will cost a bit more than the standard fee to re-home.

6. Leicestershire Dogs do not re-home dogs from puppy farms.

7. Leicestershire Dogs do not help to re-home ban breeds,

8. Leicestershire Dogs do not tolerate bad attitude or prospects with trust issues

9. Leicestershire Dogs will not wait around for what is requested from a prospect to process the re-homing.

10. Leicestershire Dogs will not tolerate time wasters.

11. If your dog is not fully house trained we would expect to be told.

12. If you knowingly give Leicestershire Dogs wrong information about your dog Leicestershire Dogs have the right to decline your application.

13. Leicestershire Dogs do not re-home stray animals.

14. If after trying to re-home a dog we cant re-home we have the right to free to good home it if we cant give it away we have the right to legally put it down as rescues do as standard practice but we don't put dogs down and

15. Leicestershire Dogs may use third party advertisers to re-home a dog

16. Leicestershire Dogs will not tolerate bad manners or any disrespect.

17. Leicestershire Dogs do not re-home dogs that's been involved in fighting only re-home dogs to responsible prospects.

18. If you want a dog back after signing it over to Leicestershire Dogs I have the right to decline If once it's re-homed it's gone

19. When a prospect come to see your dog it has to be with intent to adopt.

20. Leicestershire do not re-home dogs that live inside to prospects with intent to let that dog live outside.

21. Leicestershire Dogs do not give back dogs that have signed over to be re-homed back to previous owner/s unless you are prepared to pay 90% of the adoption fee.

22. Leicestershire Dogs do not re-home dogs that's in need of veterinary treatment

23. Leicestershire dogs do not re-home dogs with major issues

24. Leicestershire Dogs will not take back a dog that you adopted and had it for over 3 months unless you are prepared to pay a re-homing fee nothing is free no more plus it's probably a totally different dog since you've had it no disrespect

25. re-homing fees are non refundable even if you decide not to give your dog up after we have done the work the fee will cover admin as to all the work we've done

26. Re-home from home advert will remain on website for no more than a moth if your dog is not re-homed the advert will need to be renewed to stay on the website

27. All dogs must come with sufficient food to last at least a month regardless of how much you have donated as standard practice

28. If you adopt a dog off us which would of been house trained and you want to bring it back because its no longer house trained because you don't take it out regular enough you are on your own we will not take it back or re-home it to anyone.

29. If you fail to keep an appointment an appointment after processing your dog and having paid the re-homing fee we may give you one more chance but if you fail to turn up or contact us and we feel you are messing us about you will lose your fee to cove our work/admin fee and your application will be rejected as a good will gesture we may give you half your money back if your attitude is right.

30. Leicestershire Dogs do not tske on dogs that has not been castrated.

31. Leicestershire Dogs no longer take dogs without micro chip number 

Leicestershire dogs no longer take digs without vaccinations record 

32. All dogs must be vet checked for us to take it there are some dishonest people out there.
