As a zero tolerance organisation prospects must adhere to how our system works once we've explained the importance of working with us the minute we feel you are not working with us we will terminate the processing of your application immediately.

Re-homing fee

Re-homing fee is non-refundable, the price of the fee is fixed and cannot be negotiated and we do not take dogs without a fee or offer credit. For help please contact us to see what we can do prospects with trust issues normally don't have any money to pay and ue trust as a front. Try your vet they may be able to help

Re-homing fees are paid upfront and has been for 27 years disrespect from prospects expressing trust issues will be rejected immediately

Waiting for what we requested

We will only wait so long for what we've requested after 15 minutes of hearing nothing from you your application will be rejected unless you let us know your circumstances
